According to some leaks, new ones are rumored Super Nvidia Geforce RTX 5070 The specifications are very similar to the current RTX 5070 Ti specifications, but there is one important difference – memory. With the 3GB GDDR7 chip, Nvidia is expected to provide 24GB of VRAM for this new gaming GPU, with much more room to suck up graphically tough titles.
As found in the nvidia geforce RTX 5070 Ti review, it is difficult to justify the current cost of the 5070 TI if the GPU itself has a decent amount of power at will, but a much cheaper graphics card has the same memory configuration. Given that the RTX 5070 Ti is already our favorite 1440p GPU in our best graphics card buying guide, we hope that this rumoured new Nvidia Super GPU will offer even more VRAM at the same price.
Estimates for RTX 5070 TI Super Specification
This is the best estimate for the RTX 5070 Ti superspec based on speculation and leaks, as Nvidia has not officially announced this GPU.

The first glimpse into the RTX 5070 TI Super Spec list came from a post on X (formerly Twitter) by the regular Tech Leaker Kopite7kimi. Please note that, like all leak stories, none of these specifications have been confirmed by Nvidia. However, Kopite7kimi has been in shape that is suitable for Nvidia Tech leaks in the past, such as nailing the core RTX 5090 and 5080 specs a few months before its release.
According to the leaked specs, the main difference between the RTX 5070 TI and its rumoured hyper-revised version is the addition of 8GB of GDDR7 VRAM, giving a total of 24GB. Now that the 3GB GDDR7 chip is widely available, Nvidia can essentially turn this super variant into a new chip’s drop-in rep cement.
However, unlike the RTX 5080 SuperSpec, it is rumored that the memory is running at the same 28Gbps speed as the original RTX 5070 TI’s VRAM. According to further leaks by Tech YouTuber Moore’s law, this is because Nvidia wants to lower the price of the RTX 5070 Ti Super, but there is pricing headroom to install the more expensive, but more expensive GDDR7 chip.
Otherwise, the RTX 5070 Ti’s core GPU spec looks the same as the original 5070 Ti’s core spec. The GB203 chip offers 8,960 CUDA cores, which appear to have 70 streaming multiprocessor units enabled. This means there are also 280 tensor cores for AI work, such as NVIDIA DLSS, and 70 RT cores for raytracing workloads.

However, compared to the standard card, the rumored total graphics power (TGP) of the 5070 Ti Super appears to jump from 300W to 350W. Given that the VRAM clocks are rumoured to remain the same, this could lead to a significant increase in the clock speed of the GPU and improve performance.
Currently, the RTX 5070 TI only increases to 2,452MHz, but the RTX 5080, which is based on the same chip, has been boosted to 2,617MHz, showing that there is some headroom at the inventory speed as well, and you may be seeing even higher clock speeds with the 5070 TI Super GPUS. In comparison, the rumoured RTX 5070 superspec refers to a cheap GPU that not only involves 50% more memory, but also increases the number of CUDA cores.
RTX 5070 TI Super Price Estimate
Our best estimate for the RTX 5070 Ti Super Price is $749.99 based on leaks and speculation, as there has been no official announcement. Historically, the RTX 4070 TI has super upgraded the original 4070 TI from 12GB to 16GB, and has also significantly improved the core GPU specifications, maintaining a $799 MSRP, and is hoping Nvidia will adopt the same strategy this time too.
Given that the 16GB RTX 5060 TI has a $429 MSRP, the 24GB RTX 5070 Ti Super doesn’t seem to be a problem at $749. Also, the 5070 TI is in a tough competition with the 16GB AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT, and Nvidia wants you to look at this with its expensive 24GB card. If prices are rising, it’s small and is expected to reach $799.99.
RTX 5070 TI Super Launch Window Estimate
The best estimate for the RTX 5070 Ti Super is 2025 Q4 2025, based on leaks and speculation, based on the period of October and December 2025, as there have been no official announcements. There are rumours that the existing 16GB RTX 5070 TI will become EOL (end of life) in October 2025 to make way for the new super variant that is rumoured to appear by the end of 2025.
As usual, as leaks and rumors have occurred, Nvidia has not even announced whether the 5070 Ti Super exists.
