If you’re looking for something simple, practical and perhaps familiar, Rizzial has built this suburban Minecraft house that might suit your taste better. It has all the features of a typical suburban home. Two stories, a garage and a pouch. Despite its humble nature, it is still a good looking build made up of concrete, stone and quartz. You can also make the room a little bigger if you want, but keep in mind that everything needs to be scaled to make it look homey.

This dark, distorted tree and deep combo may not be for anyone, but I love the Gothic look, especially on the ice white background you can see above. That said, I think a house like this looks pretty great in swamps, taiga or of course nether. Don’t put the bed there.
Crimson Woodhouse
The Nether crimson and warped trees are some of the most difficult blocks to build given bright colors, but you can’t get enough of this crimson house with swords on Reddit. Well, while in reality there may not be that many crimson trees in the build, the palette used is gorgeous, and the build’s top-heavy ancient tavern style is perfect for any setting. In fact, we love this Minecraft house and may build it with all the wood types.

If you want to set up your home in a pale garden biome, you may wonder where to start. This biome may be interesting, but it’s also scary, and its muted grey palette may not be immediately inspiring. There are a few other ideas in this guide, including resin houses, but I love this cute fantasy house from Paterkid on YouTube. I love the cute curved roof and pumpkin details that perfectly match the biome’s orange eyeblossom flowers and resin blocks.

In our opinion, acacia is one of the most difficult types of wood to build, thanks to its bright orange tone. However, it did very well with the grey stone blocks, and YouTube’s Stevler put together this beautiful Savanna House using Acacia Plank, Logs and Stone Bricks. The natural and low design with surrounding fences gives this Minecraft House the perfect style for the surrounding Savanna Biome.

Mangrove wood may seem like a colour that is difficult to build at first, but the red tint of that Beetroot actually fits into a variety of Minecraft block palettes. You can find the Mangrove Wood House tutorial in a simple search, not only because the tutorial itself is pretty cool, but also because the house builds are small and simple. This is the perfect place to start with wood and biome. This also provides ideas to try out more homes from this guide. Why not put a simple starter base in each biome?

Well, the bamboo board may not be the most beautiful wood variant I’ve ever seen, but it’s pretty unique – and the bamboo raft is fantastic. Spruce is objectively one of the best looking woods in Minnecraft. So, if you find yourself in the Taiga Biome, it’s natural to want to build a house from Darkwood. The hard part is determining the rest of the color palette. In other words, it is the perfect block to pair with a plank.
This cute Taiga starter house is absolutely perfect, and solves the block palette problem by incorporating cobblestone and mossy cobblestone into the build, perfectly matching the Cobb Breston patch that is naturally found in older growing Taiga. Even if you can’t find a large Taiga variant and don’t have a parcel of buildings surrounded by Posisols and cobblestones, this house still looks gorgeous with biomes, taigas and more, and has everything you need for a starter base, making it easy to build.

A rather handy build app has a variety of great Minecraft builds and step-by-step image tutorials that will help you build them. One of them is this white ch tree house that uses its unique color and pattern patterns, unlike many other white ch homes online.

I especially love the incredible use of both mud brick and glass-enclosed terracotta.

Dark Stone House
While we rarely see a fully functional stone house in practice, this grey and black build by Daxar123_Builds on YouTube somehow avoids looking dark and dark. Instead, the textured stone walls are cozy, with wooden details and chimneys adding even more stone cottage vibes. You can change the blocks if you want a brightly colored roof or wall, but I think this stone Minecraft house is perfect as is.

A recent trend in Minecraft Houses is to build underground sites, with stairs leading to the entrance to the underground base. To create these unique residential areas, you will need to hollow out the area where you want to build a base. Then, you can build everything you need for your walls, stairs, or any other property and you can stick glass on the roof to make the sunlight shine. If you’re particularly keen on keeping your plants indoors, this is a great option.
This may be difficult to be illuminated efficiently at night, but that’s not something that some torches and glowstone blocks can’t fix. Do you want to know the best part? This is in Minecraft so you don’t have to worry about mold forming on your walls. Make sure to have enough fencing around your home. Otherwise you can knock your door quite rudely at night.

A big advantage of Minecraft Cave House is that it can be built anywhere as long as there is solid ground. That being said, turning a cave into a good-looking home can be difficult due to uneven floors and walls. Technically, you might not be able to call this a “home”, but it is certainly still a home and it is quite amazing. In the video above, you’ll see the entire small valley transformed into a beautiful base, featuring its own villager trade market. The beauty of this base is that you can start small things from a safe place to spend the night and expand it so that you can add as many rooms and environments as you want.

It’s definitely easy to go to a half-sucked house, but go for a real deal and create a completely underwater underwater base. This glass igloo design by random Steve Guy offers a stunning view of the underwater world of Minecraft and does not even require rare building materials. Mobs don’t like swimming, so this underwater home is good for survival mode. The main difficulty is finding the sponge you need to drain the water.

I love this incredible “ultimate” survival house by Bloodmall. Bradmall has a smooth talking style, great editing and shows you how to add depth to your build in a way that allows you to tackle future designs.
But the main thing we like about this build is the symmetrical L-shaped, and while the interior of Blood is fantastic, this build really inspired me to have a simple two-player build that is perfect for teaming up with friends on the server. Put whatever you want to share in the middle of them and then take each wing for your residential area!!

Is there a more iconic house than Curl’s colorful floating house from Disney Pixar movies? I don’t think so. And see how wonderful something made from brick looks. We love Minecraft floating houses and have built some of our own, but this uphouse by the boss of Smithers on YouTube is definitely our favorite. It’s easy to get your own uphouse in the Minecraft world thanks to their follow-by-block tutorials.
Floating Island House
Well, I promise this is the last “floating” house here, but we can’t decide which of these three we like the most best. This has a modest base above the floating island. Like the house above, it’s not particularly easy to enter or exit, even if it’s the easiest home to build, but if you want to stay with the brand, this is definitely a good thing for the latter. Create either a grape ladder or a water elevator and stop by and move up and down from this island.
Building the floating island itself in survival mode is not easy. I’ve done it myself on a multiplayer Minecraft server, but it’s possible to do it.
Small Minecraft House
Minecraft House does not require more than 3 square meters of living space. No, really, we’re not exaggerating. This small home is only 3 x 4 metres, but you’ll find everything you need: beds, workbenches, furnaces, storage spaces and more. Oh, don’t forget about the small rooftop farm. Yup, the creator of this little Minecraft House, really thought everything.
Teen Minecraft House
Shall we think about that a little more? If you can live in one, who would need 2 square meters? Created by Bigtonymc, this tiny, ridiculously tiny Minecraft house is only 3 x 3 meters including walls. It’s as efficient and adorable as the previous design, but looks completely different. If you prefer sturdy stone walls, this bite-sized sparkle may be your best little home.
Beach House
Perhaps your first location is near the coast and you want something a little more suitable for your local area. Whether the idea of a beach house is a Lamshock hut surrounded by the edges of the water, or a calm three-tiered mansion with a swimming pool, there are tons to choose from. Our favorite is the modest and easy to build villa above. They use trapdoors skillfully as decorations, but require quite a lot of quartz blocks to build. It has a small pool to tilt your toots and is worthy of a relaxing end to a difficult day’s adventure.

If you want to relax in the pool with a cool drink in hand, you need your own Minecraft Villa. Luckily, with the help of this video tutorial from BlueBits, creating something beautiful should be relatively easy. With its three-storey building and adjacent towers, this design is certainly complicated. Therefore, it is recommended to adapt the main structures and patterns to suit your specifications.

Hobbit Hall House
Minecraft Hobbit Hole House is a very popular build, but this interpretation absolutely nails the look of the original bag end. As seen in the Lord of the Rings movies, the Hobbit House is located in a small green hill behind the opening of a round green door with adjacent round windows. It has more round entrances and a similar wooden decor with a nice little flower garden and chimney. The final secret greenhouse is optional.

Most wood in Minecraft is made from processed wood. Board. But there’s nothing beats the comfort of a true log cabin, especially when placed in a snowy winter wonderland. The design of this small log cabin recreates its authentic appearance, mainly using oak logs, spruce logs and peeled spruce logs as building materials. The combination of resin blocks and pal oak logs and deep surveying works beautifully, and its small pouch area is adorable. To be honest, this is a home that can be built with any block palette. This suggests that most house builds can use this palette too.

This Minecraft Farmhouse is one of the most beautiful and precise designs with farmland, storage wings and animal barns. The farmhouse itself has a large pouch and plenty of decorative details. It’s definitely going to take some time to replicate this farm, but that’s mostly because of its size. Important resources, wood and bricks (clays) are not too difficult to get.

Haunted House
This ghostly mansion is not easy to replicate, but its eerieness and eerie details make it worth the investment of time. After all, you cannot have a Minecraft haunted house without the numerous mystical rooms to haunt. If you are trying to build a similar haunted house in survival mode, it is recommended to replace the black stones with another type of stone or dark oak wood, as it is difficult to collect black stones. Another tip: Once the main structure is complete, do not refrain from lanterns or spider webs.
