What is the Battlefield 6 class? One of the most basic parts of a battlefield experience is its class system. The fact that there are different ways to play FPS means that if you want to help your team, you don’t have to resort to crack shots. You can play the role of a Pacificist medic, not firing shots throughout the round, yet still making a huge difference.
With the Battlefield 6 release date approaching and one of several BF6 betas at our doorstep, it’s time for players to get ready and prepare for the future. One of the most important things you can decide is which class to play in the FPS game – do you want to burn all the guns through the door first? Or is the range reconnaissance role better suited to your playstyle? All classes in Battlefield 6.
All Battlefield 6 classes
Each of the four classes in Battlefield 6 has signature gadgets, weapons and traits that fish towards a specific role in the battle. Although any class can use BF6 weapons (at least unlocked weapon game mode), if you use certain types of firearms, the Signature Weapon Set is more effective.
assault
Attack class is the pointy end of the stick when it comes to combat. First, pass through the door and all the guns are on fire. Adrenaline injectors are forced to calculate attacks when used at the right time, and the reduction in fall damage makes relationships much faster than other classes attractive.
- Signature Weapon: Assault Rifle – Faster draw and switch times, and even better sprint recovery.
- Signature characteristics: The fall damage and movement speed penalty after falling did not decrease.
- Signature Gadget: Adrenaline Injector – A powerful self-control stimulant for increasing combat abilities. It temporarily increases sprint speeds and reduces explosive damage. Provides resistance to debuffs and makes it easier to hear enemy footsteps.
engineer
The engineer class is essential to maximize vehicle efficiency. They can repair friendly vehicles and are deadly enemies in the armor on the other side – a gadget slot dedicated to the launcher means that you can turn enemy vehicles into scraps.
- Signature Weapon: SMG-Improved hip control.
- Signature characteristics: FLAK Jacket – Reduces damage from explosives (-33% splash damage only).
- Signature Gadget: Repair Tools – Blow torches for repairing friendly vehicles and equipment. It can also damage the enemy’s assets. Extended use will temporarily overheat the tool.
support
Another important component of an efficient team, the support class keeps soldiers healthy and fights longer. Supply bags can passively supply and heal your team, and you can go and pick up soldiers you may have lost.
- Signature Weapon: MG-Sprint Speed No penalty.
- Signature characteristics: Quick Revive – faster drag and fixed resurrection (+20% speed, -0.5 seconds period).
- Signature Gadget: Supply Bag – A deployable bag that refills nearby infantry with ammunition for gadgets and weapons, and efficiently regenerates health even when it is fired.
reconnaissance
The Recon class, when used correctly, can provide teams with important information about their enemies. Sniper rifles are reconnaissance bread and butter. Being able to hold your breath in this class is key to hitting these long distance shots.
- Signature Weapon: Sniper – Hold your breath and stabilize the Ricoh Humber in between shots.
- Signature characteristics: Autospots – When you see hostile things in an ad, they are marked as discovered.
- Signature Gadget: Motion Sensor – This device detects and displays the location of nearby moving enemies, vehicles and gadgets on a minimap of team members. Enemy infantry may remain undetected while squatting or moving when there is a tendency. This device emits sounds that can be heard to an adversary.
BF6 class training
Each BF6 class also has two options to further improve its effectiveness within its role. For example, reconnaissance can choose to train a sniper or a pathfinder. The former focuses on spotting and damage, while the latter provides tools to reach enemy lines without detection.
Earn XP in-game and play objectives to increase the level of your chosen training and increase your profits as you go. The official Battlefield 6 website explains:
- Level 0: Passive benefits available during immediate selection of training paths.
- Levels 1 and 2: Enhanced benefits aimed at improving selected roles. You can only earn money through Team Play progression and Score XP.
- Level 3: It is a one-time use ability, manually activate it and benefits yourself, your team, or your situation in the match.
For example, at level 3, reconnaissance gains access to the UAV. UAVs reveal enemies in certain areas. Once the UAV is used, the training level must return to 2 and return to level 3.
