New Game Plus is available Shadow of the assassin’s beliefsbecause update 1.0.7 is live on all platforms. Players who complete the base game story can transfer levels, skills, gear and more to new, challenging playthroughs. There is no need to embark on NG+ runs for new knowledge ranks and level caps, but there are other incentives.
As revealed in the patch notes, Clearing New Game+ awards two new weapons – Gold’s Whisper, the legendary long katana, and Dragon’s Gold, the legendary katana. Each one has a unique perk sculpture that creates a gold cloud when you hit an enemy.
Another major addition is the new Animus Rift. After unlocking Yasuke in the open world and completing “Spark to Flame”, you can go to the Animus board to find the new quest “Chained”. There are no spoilers, but there are some aspects that could have an interesting impact on the future.

Additional highlights
- Following improved support, I removed performance warnings for my MacBook Air.
- Fixed an error in Photo Mode where the “show ui” prompt was displayed in preview mode, affecting players taking screenshots on their native system.
- Each item has a dedicated page in the store.
- After the 1.0.5 fix before the split bug, the nucleus no longer disappears from the hideout.
balance
- Adjusted the number of months received from the transaction. The cost of purchasing items is cheaper, but selling items will give you more.
- Increased the number of resources you can get from dismantling items.
- Slightly increased the amount of crafting materials needed to upgrade items.
- Re-adjusted breast rewards at the end of the season, increasing the amount of material creation and hidden resources.
- The radial effect upgrade of Yasuke’s Teppo Tree increased the base damage from 25% to 50%, and that damage was further increased by buster upgrades on other armor.
- Allies now get more health and damage as players level up.

- Cultural discoveries near Katano Castle are correctly manifested in the codex after being observed.
- Fixed Naoe’s SO dialogue in Wakasa.

- After getting each type of legendary gear, you might not unlock the “infinite” trophy.

- Addressed an issue that could cause players to get stuck outside the Animus wall during a revenge mission at Truga Castle. Go back here!
- Fixed a bug that could cause players to get stuck inside Saika Castle rooms.
- Fixed a bug that could cause players to get stuck while leaving Miyata warehouse.

- Teppo Master in Genzaburo has returned from lunch and is currently at Kaya Shrine.

Skills and upgrades
- Fixed an issue where “Hidden Hand” cooldown reduction upgrades were not applied.
- Fixed an issue where “Expanded Perception” Shinobu upgrades would not deal damage to additional tools.
- Fixed an issue where “Night Crawler” Assassin Passive would not cause damage at night.
- Fixed an issue where the “Infinite Barrage of Hell” Tant Upgrade would instead recognize the effect of the “Consideration” Tant Upgrade.
- Fixed an issue where the “Exhilarating Kill” Tant upgrade only worked on the stabs of movement, not slow.
- Addressed an issue where the “Teppo’s Might” Teppo upgrade only worked with automatic follow-up shots, not Teppo melee swings.
- Fixed an issue where Parry and Dodge had little effect, which increased adrenaline gains were gained in bias.
- Fixed an issue where assassination could give you less adrenaline than a successful assassination.
- Fixed an issue where Ability Damage Knowledge Tree nodes were ineffective after exceeding 1 level.

Visuals and graphics
- Addressed a variety of environmental issues related to floating trees and rocks. Tree huggers are delighted!
- Fixed an issue where mountain demon glowing eyes would cause Kanabo to go out of place when weapons were turned into holsters.
- Fixed an issue where Ikko Ikki banners in Hideout did not match the preview.
- Fixed an issue where the game would crash when previewing Hideout Cosmetic Stations in buildings with Dragon Skin applied.
Ui
- The database entry for Sen no rikyu shows the correct image.
- Fixed an issue where some of the HUD modules would not work when setting HUD visibility to “Disabled” and then toggling “On”.
- Fixed a text-only issue where the long katana upgrade of “Armor Evasion” stated that 100% armor earrings were given when it only gave 50%.
- Fixed a text-only issue where the “Marksman’s Touch” Teppo upgrade stated that 100% armor piercing was granted when only 50% was granted.
- Fixed a text-only issue that stated that the “wide range” tool upgrade increased the smoke bomb radius to 10 meters and only increased to 5 meters.
- Addressed a text-only issue where “absolute shockwave” canabo upgrades showed 167% instead of 67%.
- Fixed an issue where the “Improved Ground Assassination” icon was larger than intended.
- “Improved Sensation” I paraphrase the Assassin upgrade and introduced the duration of the prolonged effect in seconds.
- “Temporary Learning” We repeated the “Temporary Learning” bow upgrades, introducing a period of slow times in just a few seconds.
Localization
- Fixed German localization. We rescued a special guest.
- Fixed an error in German translations that caused unnecessary characters to appear in German translations of “+50% damage on next hit after kill”.
